Mission

THE MISSION OF CMC IS TO PREPARE THE C-suite, the management team and ERG members for the challenges of the future Multi-cultural world. We will do this by:

  • Having the C-suite understand the strategic people challenges that must be addressed in the future decades of change
  • Prepare all managers and employees with the skills of being effective in our increasing diverse work teams
  • Ensure that all employees understand how the organizational system works and understand their individual responsibility for their own career growth help ERG members understand how to play by the “unwritten rules’ without feeling they have to abandon their culture to do so

Auditing your current organization’s culture, attitudes and the effectiveness of current initiatives. This can be done via computerized surveys, on-line or on-site focus group sessions

Design and conduct awareness and sensitivity training for all levels within your organization (which includes e-learning and train-the trainer programs
